All note cards EXCEPT the Gift Card Sets meet standard USPS first class dimensions for mailing.

Orders from the United States are shipped by priority mail through the United States Postal Service.

Sales tax will be applied to all New York state orders.

Most orders are processed within five business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped, which will include your shipping information and a tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly at www.USPS.com.

We deliver to the continental United States and Canada.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be in original packaging and authorized by Mary Ballou Design. Return shipping/handling and insurance is the responisiblity of the customer.

If returned items are not received within the 30 day period we will not be able to honor your return. Please call 518-523-7317 for a return authorization. Special orders are not returnable unless arrangements are made prior to sale.
