Mary Ballou Design does not store credit card information. When ordering online, this information is sent directly to the authorizing banks. Credit card information should never be sent through email as it is not considered secure. To enable us to process your order correctly we require your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and email address. To ensure your privacy and security your credit/debit card information is NOT retained in our systems.

If you opt-in to our email notifications, your email address may be used to inform you of future promotions, news, and new products or services. Mary Ballou Design may also maintain a record of your product purchases.

Mary Ballou Design collects visitor data in an effort to improve and enhance our customers’ shopping experience.
